Property investment is very rewarding, especially when you bring back a block of empty flats back to life. Middle of 2019, we bought a block of flats, which was previously used as a serviced accommodation. Oil and gas downturn had a major impact on serviced accommodation sector, and unfortunately this block has suffered from this financial downturn.

When the opportunity arose to buy this block with the help of Together Finance cash injection, we decided to bring back this block into residential use. Knowing market inside, out we knew that there is demand in rental market for modern, yet affordable properties in in Aberdeen.

It gives us such a joy to see this property up and running in short span of six months, and now it is home to people from various background.
