Our story

Dr Mohammad Namavar and Dr Elahe Radmaneshfar are originally from Iran.

Mohammad holds a PhD in Control Engineering and has over 15 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.

Elahe holds a PhD in Physics and has worked as a research scientist in universities and research institutes. She has published scientific papers and a book, and completed an award-winning PhD thesis.

Their property investment journey began 17 years ago when they purchased their first home. Shortly after the purchase, they had to relocate for work, which unexpectedly turned them into accidental landlords. This experience opened their eyes to the opportunities that property investment could offer.

In 2009, they moved to the UK so that Elahe could pursue her passion for academia. Living in the UK on work permit visas meant they had to take responsibility for securing their own financial future, as there was no access to social security despite contributing through taxes and National Insurance. As a result, Mohammad and Elahe decided to build their own pension plan by purchasing buy-to-let properties. Along the way, they discovered a passion for buying rundown properties and transforming them through renovation.

In 2016, Elite Legacy Education came into their lives by chance. Mohammad was immediately enthusiastic about the opportunity, while Elahe was initially sceptical. Having completed an award-winning PhD thesis, she believed she could teach herself everything she needed to know about property investment. However, she soon realised that if she wanted to become a successful business owner, she needed guidance, mentorship, and a willingness to learn from others.

Together, they decided to invest in formal education and hire coaches and mentors to help grow their property portfolio. Since 2016, they have treated property investment as a business rather than a hobby. As a result, they have built a profitable property portfolio that enabled them to leave their professional careers and focus on property full-time.

In 2018, they launched a new venture with the aim of helping property investors who are either time-poor or not physically located in Aberdeen to grow their portfolios. This led to the creation of Cito Cimo Sourcing Ltd, operating as a compliant property sourcing business and following relevant industry requirements. Since then, we have helped many investors build and expand their property portfolios.

In recognition of their achievements within the property industry, Elahe and Mohammad received a property industry award in 2019.

Elahe and Mohammad have been featured in the newspaper, for their contribution to Aberdeen property market and bringing a block of flats back to life.
