Our support will begin from the moment you complete the purchase of your property. For clients who are unable to be present on the completion date, we will assist with practical arrangements such as collecting keys, testing the heating (where relevant), taking utility meter readings, and providing photographic and video footage.

We will then prepare a scope of works for the property renovation and, following client approval, issue it for tender. We will do our utmost to liaise with your chosen third-party contractors, monitor progress against the agreed scope of works, and provide regular photo and video updates to keep you informed throughout the project.

Our primary role is to support our clients by acting as their eyes and ears on site.

We understand that every property is different, and our Project Care Service can be tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

Once the renovation works have been completed, we can introduce you to local estate or letting agents, depending on your chosen strategy and objectives for the property. We can also introduce you to our sister company, Cito Cimo Letting Ltd, which can assist with finding suitable tenants or provide a fully managed letting service, should this be the preferred option for your property.
