For clients who are unable to attend the property handover, we can assist with practical arrangements such as key collection, checking heating systems where relevant, recording utility meter readings, and providing photographic and video updates.

We then assist in preparing a detailed scope of works for the renovation project and following client approval, assist with obtaining contractor quotations. Throughout the project, we can liaise with your chosen third-party contractors, provide progress updates against the agreed scope of works, and share regular photographic and video reports to help keep you informed.

We work alongside independent third-party contractors and local professionals to help coordinate communication, provide local oversight, and keep investors informed throughout the renovation process. Contractors remain responsible for their own workmanship, pricing, timelines and contractual obligations.

Once renovation works have been completed, we can introduce you to local estate or letting agents depending on your chosen strategy and objectives.
