
Our story:
Dr Mohammad Namavar and Dr Elahe Radmaneshfar are originally from Iran. Mohammad has a PhD in control engineer and has 15 years of work experience in oil and gas industry.
Elahe has a PhD in physics and has worked in universities and research institutes as research scientist, she has published scientific papers and book.
Their experience in property investment goes back to 15 years ago, when they bought their first residence and soon after that purchase they had to move with their jobs from that city. This movement made them an accidental landlord, but also opened their eyes to what can be achieved by investment in property. In 2009, when they moved to the UK for Elahe to pursue her passion for academia, they have to take control of their future, hence there is no social security, while one is living on work permit visa. This is despite the fact that he/she contributes to tax and national insurance. Therefore, Mohammad and Elahe decided that they want to buy couple of buy-to-let properties as their pension plan. By doing so, they discovered their passion for buying rundown properties and renovating them.
In 2016, by accident, Elite Legacy Education came to their life. Mohammad was very excited about it, while Elahe was skeptical, with the mindset that she can teach herself how to invest in property, after all she did an awarding wining PhD thesis. But, soon, she realized if she wants to be business owner, she needs guidance and she has to change. Therefore, they decided to take formal education, hire coaches and mentors to guide them grow their portfolio. Since 2016, they are treating property investment as a business and as a result of that they have created a profitable property portfolio for themselves, which enabled them to leave their jobs.
In 2018, they have decided to start a new venture and help property investors who are either time poor, or not physically located in Aberdeen to grow their portfolio. Therefore, Cito Cimo Sourcing Ltd was born, which is a fully compliant sourcing business. Ever since they have helped many investors to build their property portfolio.
Elahe and Mohammad won an award in property industry in 2019.

Elahe and Mohammad have been featured in newspaper, for their contribution to Aberdeen property market and bringing back a block of flat into life.
